TOWER HILL SCHOOL

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Tower Hill Philosophy:

  "PERSONAL GROWTH THROUGH
 EDUCATION AND
SERVICE TO HUMANITY"

First development: The construction of the Danielle Garden’s grounds, for visitors’ supportive funding, and ultimately for support of sustainable development of the Tower Hill School.

Second development: The Danielle’s Garden web site, to make the world aware of the project and its charitable goals.

Third development: The "World Journal" as a service to humanity in sharing knowledge from informed persons about matters of global interest and concern.

Fourth development: A 3 to 5 year program aimed at the final goal of building a school providing a quality education for able children from poor families, within the context of the "PSPP" plan for self-sustained funding:

bulletPromotion
bulletSharing
bulletParticipation
bulletPartnership

The "PSPP" plan for the school would involve the following elements:

bulletmaking the project and its philosophy as widely known as possible - we need continually to educate ourselves for reinvigoration of our minds throughout our lives, and we enrich our lives by serving need in the lives of others (P) ;
bullet sharing knowledge with the world community, through primarily the publication of the "World Journal" , the building and support of the school, and by way of an example which others in the world can follow (S) ;
bullet encouraging participation of individual, corporate, charitable organisations, other contributing groups’ support of the project’s philosophy and goals, and through a "Friends of Danielle’s Garden" membership drive, raising funds for project support in a framework of continued public relations locally and globally (P) ;
and finally,
bullet partnership through development of this plan in which participants become members on the Board of Trustees, and through other people’s support of the project. I n helping a community based spirit grow locally, a good example can be exported globally, within the framework of the project’s declared philosophy and goals. (P)

The Tower hill School and Danielle’s Garden project can serve as a model for other similar projects around the world. Quite simply, an income earning potential is realised in a community based project’s development, and the project’s earnings are integrated into a community based need. (In the instance of Danielle’s Garden the need is that of a good education as a means of upliftment from poverty).
